Desta feita surgiram uns peitos de frango que muito agradaram cá em casa. Ficaram muito suculentos e com a deliciosa combinação espinafres-queijo ricotta.
A repetir sem dúvida!
PEITO DE FRANGO COM ESPINAFRES E RICOTTA
Ingredientes:
Peitos de frango
Alho em pó
Sal
Azeite
Espinafres grosseiramente migados
Queijo ricotta
Vinho branco
Preparação:
Numa tigela faça uma mistura de espinafres e queijo ricotta.
Numa travessa de forno, coloque os peitos de frango. Tempere com alho em pó e sal.
Faça uns golpes nos peitos de frango e coloque a mistura de espinafres e ricotta nos golpes que fez.
Regue com azeite e adicione um pouco de vinho branco.
Leve ao forno por cerca de 30 minutos.
Bom apetite!!
